I focus on designing learning programs through activities and active learning from participants. Instead of telling participants what they need to do, I engage them actively in activities, games, and real-life experiences. By asking powerful questions, I encourage participants to reflect after each activity, so they can share their own lessons and apply new insights to real-life situations.
The guiding principles when I design and facilitate learning programs: Transformation of the learners (Knowledge retention, Skill mastery, Changing or reinforcing beliefs, Behavior change); Learner-centered design ( Fostering active learner engagement for meaningful interactions); **Embodiment (**Practicing the values and methods I convey).
The topics I support in applying experiential learning journeys include:
Projects with British Council (2015 - Present)
Projects with Foreign Trade University Innovation and Incubation Space (FIIS)
Programs with other universities & organizations
Sharing from participants after training courses about Self Leadership, Teaching Method Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship
I'm sure we will have many things to talk about and find a way to collaborate.
