Hello! I want to share with you who I am and what matters to me.

I am a change facilitator on a mission to cultivate supportive environments for change and transformative journeys.

I believe that creating personal or organizational change is often more like gardening than engineering. I approach change as a journey (rather than an event), that is continuous, organic and evolving not imposed or static.

For the past 10 years, I have been designing and facilitating process for individuals and organizations that seek to see engagement, commitment and enthusiasm rise along with meaningful change. I work with the purpose of creating the conditions for open communication, growth and wise actions, and thus transforming curiosity, hopes, and dreams into more meaningful lives, a more sustainable world, and stronger relationships.

By inviting people’s engagement, unleashing human potential, using dialogue and fostering collaboration, I aim to spark meaningful changes for personal growth, organizational transformation, and positive social impact.

KEY ROLES

• Experiential Learning Design: Design learner-centered programs using reflection, real-life application, and hands-on methods to foster lasting change.
• Facilitation & Capacity Building: Facilitate and coach diverse groups through ToT, skills workshops, and participatory approaches.
• Toolkit Development & Localization: Co-create and adapt toolkits on 21st-century skills, gender equality, and climate resilience for Vietnamese contexts.
• Community Engagement: Support youth, educators, and partners in leading equity-driven social action projects.
• Hosting Meaningful Conversations: Host safe, reflective spaces for deep dialogue, shared understanding, and aligned action—especially in complex or transitional times.
